All of Jolýpani products are packaged with care and shipped straight from our kitchen to yours. Once we receive your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. During busy seasons like holidays or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

We ship across the United States and Canada via USPS, UPS, or DHL, and every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package from our hands to your home. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please be sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout — we want your goodies to arrive quickly and safely! If you ever run into an issue with your delivery, just let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

 

Increased Shipping Costs & Import Tariffs
Our mission is to keep our products as affordable as possible without sacrificing the quality you love. However, recent changes in U.S. import tariffs have significantly increased the cost of certain imported ingredients and packaging materials we depend on. Combined with rising carrier rates, these changes have unfortunately led to an increase in shipping costs.
