Return Policy

At Jolýpani, we take great pride in crafting premium Caribbean-inspired products with the utmost care and quality. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. While we hope you love everything you order, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read our full return policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when it comes to returning your purchase.


⏳ Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within the following timeframes:

  • Non-perishable items (such as spice blends, seasoning blend, and tea blends): must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Perishable items (including Epis, Seasoning Paste, or any items requiring refrigeration): must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. While we understand you may open a package to inspect it, we will only accept returns if the product remains unused and the packaging is intact, without tampering, excessive wear, or damage.

 

📦 Damages and Issues

We package all items with care, but if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon delivery. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item, and provide clear photos of the damage, including the product, outer packaging, and shipping label. This allows us to work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and offer you a replacement, refund, or store credit.

***Please do not discard the product or packaging until we have reviewed the case and advised you on the next steps.

 

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods that are opened or partially used (e.g., Epis, Seasoning Paste).
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
  • Items returned without prior return request approval.

***We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

 

🔄 Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it for another, please submit a return request first. Once your original item is received and approved for return, we will issue store credit or process a direct exchange, depending on availability.

***Please note: We cannot guarantee that the exact item or flavor will be available for exchange. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a comparable substitute or store credit.

 

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. If your return is rejected (e.g., signs of use, missing packaging), you will be notified, and the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.

***Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
